About SWC - High Temperature Bearing

SWC - High Temperature Bearing supplies deep groove ball bearings of series 60, 62 and 63 for high temp Application.

In extreme temperature conditions, normal bearings do not meet the high standards for service life and reliability. For normal bearings perfect running performance is only guaranteed up to 15*C depending on the used grease. SWC deep groove ball bearings for high temperature applications allow temperatures up to 350*C and can prevent unwanted changes in dimensions. These specially coated ball bearings, in combination with the various lubricants, provide the following benefits:

SWC offers three different types of lubricants for high temperature deep groove ball bearings:

Grease lubrication HT2- For temperatures from 150*C to 270*C

MoS2-Lubrication       HT1 - For temperatures from 270*C to 350*C

SLC-Lubrication       HT3- Compound for maintenance-free use and temperatures from 270*C to 350*C

Individually              HT0 - Coated bearings with grease out of our range of lubricants as desired by the customer
